Our recruitment, training and onboarding process is thorough. We trial potential Converts to ensure they are a good fit with our team and that they can deliver to our high standards of work. Our on-boarding includes a buddy mentoring programme where our new converts work closely with one of our experienced senior converts. Even for the more experienced Converts, we regularly have best-practice sessions internally, sharing new techniques and tip we discover or any approaches that seem to work better in certain target areas.
