Conversion is a meritocracy it's as simple as that. If you work hard and hit your personal and team targets you will earn a highly competitive salary. We enjoy writing big commission cheques as it's a direct result of the team being successful.

 

As a Convert you can expect a market leading basic salary and a generous OTE - you will also be entitled to 25 days holiday, a duvet day and you will be eligible to participate in the company profit sharing scheme which is available to the top performers.
