"I started out at Conversion nearly two years ago as a Junior Inside Sales Executive. In my first year I won Sales Person of the year and was promoted to become a Senior Account Manager. This new role provided me with the opportunity to upsell our services and gave me invaluable experience in how to work successfully with our clients.
Currently as Sales Team Manager I am responsible for the performance of a team of eight Converts. My role has developed from account management to incorporate training, recruitment, team management, business strategy and process improvement."
