As a Convert at Conversion you will be interacting daily with our clients who are some of the most innovative and important organisations in the technology and professional services arena.
Your daily working life will involve making contact with some of the most Senior Executives at many of the largest companies on the World Stage.
Conversion is a sales environment with an emphasis on achievement and ambition. However everything we do is focused on quality and value for our clients.
So in essence our people are hard working and hungry for success - but not at the expense of professional and personal integrity.
Playing Hard
As a young team we also appreciate the need to socialise and have the opportunity to let off steam. Monthly incentives are geared around earning "Duvet Days" and team nights out or trips to the cinema.
As a company we understand the value of spending time away from the office to celebrate our successes, discuss new ideas, improvements and innovations or just to have a bit of fun.
Our recent annual Kick Off took us on a scavenger hunt around London with the challenge (amongst other things) to meet and have a photo taken with a top celebrity. Below are a few photos of the Converts enjoying some of our off site events and team building challenges.
